Returns and right of withdrawal
At Everyday Problems you have a 30-day return right from the day you receive your item. That is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU law.
How to return an item
- Email us at everydayproblems41@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Send the item back in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
Refunds
We refund the amount to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item. You pay the return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with a photo of the problem. You have a 2-year right of complaint under EU consumer law, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email.
